The house was very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were good size and provided privacy for each of us. The backyard was fully fenced and the yard was very well maintained. The neighborhood was so quiet and we enjoyed going for a walk in the evenings. The house had all the comforts of home!! There isn't anything I didn't like.

We really enjoyed Charles & Paula’s home. The house was cozy, easy to park in, accessible to walk to Seaside beach. The dog’s enjoyed the home and loved the double deck concept for house. My mom enjoyed the kitchen amenities and having everything to use in kitchen or grill. The only thing we found distracting was the grill was dirty from previous guest. We did contact the host and apologized for that issue. My parents felt the bedroom upstairs was hot at night. I believe a room ac or fans would help cool down the room upstairs. Overall, I loved the home and enjoyed our stay. We would not mind returning back again. Thank you Charles & Paula!

It was the perfect for our family getaway! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There was 5 of us and our dogs and we all fit comfortably. Walking distance to the beach and the little grocery and cafe. It overall was great and would stay again!

Our travel plans put us in a difficult position and Paula was there to help! We had a last minute late check in and they worked with us to help return our forgotten items. the house and yard was spacious and accommodating. The only drawback for me was the scented soap on the sheets. I would stay here again.

My group of 4 had a great stay here. We had to move after another airbnb fell through, and Charles & Paula were easy to get ahold of and let us check in immediately. They are great hosts - super responsive and friendly. The house itself was very spacious with three bedrooms and two separate living rooms. We enjoyed the personal touches such as the dog bowls and QR codes with tidal information. The kitchen is dreamy-- beautiful appliances, lots of counter space, good natural light. And it's only 5 blocks to the ocean! We will definitely look to stay here next time we visit.

This was the perfect place for our family. It was close to everything we wanted to do, like Mt.Biking, playing on the beach and eating good food. Our dog Fergie loved the fenced yard and enjoyed running laps around the landscaping.

Honestly, one of favorite vacation stays so far! Very accommodating and the kitchen is to die for! The house had everything we needed for the stay and had a great backyard for the pups. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks!

we loved this seaside getaway! it was a perfect for all of our dogs and friends that were able to join and we loved how close it is to all the fun stuff in seaside! Charles & Paula we're incredible and very responsive! thanks for everything!

Our stay was great. The house is how it is described in the listing. I actually felt it was even better in person. Fit my family great. Beautiful & roomy kitchen and very well stocked with really whatever one might need. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there and it was great, more counter space than my own kitchen.
